establish that:
- De bewoners maken zich druk om de veiligheid van hun buurt.
- Er is sprake van het plaatsen van statushouders in het Herbrande wooncomplex
- Er staan al jaren mensen op de wachtlijst voor een sociale huurwoning.
- Hier moeten alleenstaanden en ouderen zich vestigen.
